Try-On Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective October 19, 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and MiYoMi OOD ("Tryvio", "we"), UIC BG207348449, 26 Yantra St, Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole, Ruse Region, Bulgaria. We run the try-on for the store you are visiting. These terms cover the try-on only. Anything you buy is covered by the store's own terms.
2. Your photo
You allow us to use your photo to create your try-on image and to show, send or share it as you ask, and for the other purposes set out in our Photo and Biometric Data Policy. That policy states how we handle your photo, who receives it and when it is deleted. Your photo stays yours. Our permission ends when it is deleted.
3. What you confirm
- You are 14 or older. If the law where you live requires a parent's or guardian's permission at your age, you have it.
- The photo shows you, and no one else.
- You will not upload a photo of a child, a photo of another person, or a photo showing nudity.
We may refuse or delete a photo that does not meet these terms.
4. The result is a simulation
Your result is generated by AI. It is an estimate of how a product may look on you. It is not a photograph of you wearing the product, and it says nothing certain about fit, size, colour, material or quality. Rely on the store's product information when you decide to buy.
5. Deleting your photos
Your photos and results are deleted automatically on the schedule in the Photo and Biometric Data Policy. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by writing to tryvioai@gmail.com. Deleting them does not affect anything you have bought.
6. General
We provide the try-on as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the try-on is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of the place where you live says cannot be taken away by agreement.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, the consumer protections of the place where you live still apply to you. If you live in the United States, section 7 applies.
7. Disputes, if you live in the United States
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, write to tryvioai@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it within 60 days.
Arbitration instead of court. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the try-on, these terms, or the collection, use, storage or disclosure of your photo or of anything measured from it, including a claim under a statute, will be decided by binding individual arbitration and not in court. The arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only as individuals. Neither of us may act as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual who brought the claim. If a court finds this paragraph unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim alone proceeds in court and the rest stays in arbitration.
No jury. You and we each give up the right to a trial by jury.
Where and how. The arbitration takes place by video, by telephone or on documents, or in the county where you live, as you choose.
Fees. For a claim of USD 10,000 or less we pay the administrator's and the arbitrator's fees, unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous.
Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar claims are brought by the same or coordinated counsel, they are handled in batches under the administrator's rules for mass arbitrations.
You can opt out. You may reject this section by writing to tryvioai@gmail.com within 30 days of first agreeing to it. Opting out does not affect your use of the try-on.
Law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. It continues to apply after your photos are deleted.
