Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective October 19, 2026
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of Washington and Nevada, and for anyone whose data we collect there. It is given by MiYoMi OOD, 26 Yantra St, Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole, Ruse Region, Bulgaria, which provides the Tryvio virtual try-on to online stores.
What we collect
A photo of you, and for ring try-ons a momentary measurement of your hand taken from it. These may be "biometric data", which those laws treat as consumer health data. We collect nothing else about your health.
Where it comes from
From you, when you take or upload the photo in the try-on window.
Why we collect and use it
To create the image of you wearing the product you chose, to show, send or share it as you ask, and to find and fix errors in how results are created. The Photo and Biometric Data Policy states each purpose in full.
What we share, and with whom
The photo is shared with the providers that process it for us:
- FAL (Features & Labels Inc., San Francisco) — creates your image; United States.
- KIE.AI (NEXUSAI SERVICES LLC, Denver) — creates your image; United States.
- Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, San Francisco) — helps us check the quality of results; United States.
- Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd) — stores photos and results; European Union (Ireland).
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — runs our servers; United States.
We share it with no affiliate and no other third party.
Your consent
We collect and share this data only after you agree on the try-on screen. That agreement is separate from any other terms.
Your rights
You may confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, access it, receive a list of those it was shared with, withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Write to tryvioai@gmail.com; tell us the store and the date and time of your try-on, or send the link to your result, so that we can find it. If we refuse, you may appeal to the same address, and you may then contact the Washington Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
We do not sell consumer health data
We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
