Photo and Biometric Data Policy

1. Who we are and what this covers
Tryvio is a virtual try-on service that online stores add to their websites. It is provided by MiYoMi OOD, UIC BG207348449, 26 Yantra St, Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole, Ruse Region, Bulgaria ("we"). The store decides to offer the try-on; we carry it out for the store.
This policy explains what we do with the photo you provide and with anything measured from it, how long we keep it and how it is destroyed. It is our publicly available written policy establishing a retention schedule and guidelines for permanently destroying biometric identifiers and biometric information. It applies to everyone who uses the try-on, wherever they live.
2. What we collect
- Your photo. The photo you take or upload in the try-on window.
- Hand measurements, for ring try-ons only. We locate 21 points on your hand in the photo and work out the length and width of your fingers, so that the ring is drawn in the right place. These points exist for a few seconds while your image is prepared. They are not saved.
- Your result. The image generated for you.
- A record that you agreed. The date, the store, and the version of the text you agreed to. It contains no photo.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
Some laws treat a scan of face or hand geometry as a "biometric identifier" or as "biometric data". Whether or not your photo or these measurements meet that definition where you live, we apply this policy to all of them.
3. What we never do
- We do not create a faceprint, a face template, a face embedding or any other identifier that could be used to recognise you.
- We do not compare your photo with other photos or with any database. We do not use it to identify you, to verify your identity, or to infer your age, health, emotions or any other characteristic.
- We do not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from your photo or from anything measured from it.
- We do not use your photo, your result or anything measured from them to train AI models.
- We do not keep copies after the periods in section 6.
4. Why we collect it
To create the image of you wearing the product you chose and to show it to you, and to send or share it if you ask us to.
We also look at a small number of photos and results, within the periods in section 6, to find and fix errors in how results are created — for example when a shopper marks a result as bad. Beyond that we keep only what is needed to prove that you agreed, to keep the service secure and to answer your requests.
5. Who receives it
Your photo is disclosed only to the providers below, which process it for us for the purposes in section 4.

We disclose your photo to no one else, unless a law or a court order requires it.
6. How long we keep it and how it is destroyed

In every case we permanently destroy your photo and anything measured from it when the purposes in section 4 have been satisfied, or within three years of your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. The schedule above is far shorter than that limit, and we follow it.
Destruction means permanent deletion of the files from our storage, after which the links to them no longer open. Our AI providers delete their own copies on the schedules they publish, shown above.
7. Your choices
- You do not have to agree. If you decline, you can still browse and buy.
- Delete sooner. Write to tryvioai@gmail.com and we delete your photos and results without waiting for the schedule. Tell us the store and the date and time of your try-on, or send the link to your result, so that we can find it.
- Change your mind. You may withdraw your agreement at any time by writing to us. We then delete what we hold.
- Ask us. Write to tryvioai@gmail.com or to the address in section 1. We answer within 30 days. You may also ask the store.

8. Security
We store, transmit and protect your photo using the reasonable standard of care in our industry, and in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which we protect our other confidential and sensitive information. Photos and results are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your uploaded photo is kept in private storage and is reached only through short-lived signed links. Your result is reached through a direct link, so that it can be shown, sent and shared; anyone who has that link can open the image until it is deleted.
9. Age
You must be 14 or older to use the try-on. Do not upload a photo of a child, or of anyone other than yourself. If we learn that a photo shows a person under 14, we delete it.
10. Notices for residents of certain US states
- Illinois. This policy is our written policy under the Biometric Information Privacy Act. We collect a photo or a hand measurement only after you have been informed in writing of what is collected, why and for how long, and have given your written release on the try-on screen.
- Texas. We inform you and obtain your consent before any capture. We destroy what we hold within the periods in section 6, which end well before the first anniversary of the date the purpose expires.
- Washington and Nevada. To the extent your photo or hand measurements are consumer health data, we collect and share them only with your consent and only as this policy describes. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
- Colorado. We delete biometric identifiers at the earliest of the dates in section 6, which fall well inside the 24 months the law allows. Your photo is disclosed to the processors named in section 5 for the purposes in section 4.
- California. Your photo may be sensitive personal information. We act as a service provider to the store, use it only for the purposes in this policy, and do not sell or share it.
11. Changes and contact
If we change how long we keep your photo, or who receives it, we ask for your agreement again before your next try-on. Earlier versions of this policy are available on request.
